TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you will be agreeing to the following terms below.
PAYMENT
1. Customer agrees to pay half of total invoice as deposit. This is to prevent scams from occurring with big orders.
2. After Customer approves of design, the other half of payment will be invoiced before starting rendering stage.
3. Customer accepts that artwork will not be finalized until payment is received as described above.
4. Under the circumstances that there are any price changes, I will communicate with you promptly.
DELIVERY
5. Product will be delivered digitally through email provided or through agreed method.
6. Customer is solely responsible for proposing a delivery method if not email.
7. Upon delivery, Customer recognizes that I am not responsible for loss of the commissioned work.
REFUND POLICY
8. Customer has right to request full refund if there has been no progress on commissioned work after 3 full months. Conditions may be negotiated due to unforeseen circumstances like illness, physical injury or other documented reasons.
9. Customer is responsible for responding swiftly to requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on Customer's behalf will be recognized as implicit approval on current state/progress of work.
10. If the artwork is already in rendering stage, refunds are no longer available.
11. I have the right to refuse or cancel orders and will give a full refund.
PERMISSIONS:
13. The delivered artwork is for personal use only.
14. Use of commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, reselling, republishing, etc. has to be approved by me with negotiated fees.
15. Customer does not have the right to use artwork for NFT, crypto, AI, etc.
16. Unless requested, I will hold rights to post the commissioned artwork to my platforms with watermark.
